

We deploy "Support Ticket" system for Customer Support.
Ticketing system allows you to keep track of your question, our response, and all correspondence relating to that question. You can add on to tickets whenever you want, and just need to make a new ticket, when you have a new question.
Each time you submit a new ticket, you will receive an acknowledgement email with a link to your ticket. You will also receive an email, whenever we add an answer to a ticket, or you add something onto that ticket. You can click on the link in the email for review, anytime.
Of course, we will still be supporting you with Email, Phone and Fax. We just deploy this "Ticket" system for easy tracking and serving you better.
